Operations module for a maritime ERP system
Contributed to the Operations module of "Torony", the ERP system built for Bashundhara Group, providing ongoing support for existing functionality and resolving system issues. Worked across configurations, vessel management and voyage management to keep operations running smoothly for a fleet of bulk carriers and lighterage vessels.
Responsibilities included troubleshooting and bug fixing, optimizing module performance, and building out reporting — vessel certificate expiry tracking, budget vs. expense trends, cargo trends, pending customer invoices, crew management summaries and maintenance job tracking — to improve system stability and day-to-day operational efficiency.
